Summary of Job:
Functions as intermediate cook, responsible for performing the full cooking process using established recipes. This includes preparing and measuring ingredients; grilling, broiling, baking, frying, and sautéing; testing for doneness and taste; adjusting seasoning and temperature for best results; and attractive food presentation. In casual facilities, fully responsible for all aspects of a cooking station. Ensures that culinary stations are sanitary, fully prepped and fully functional.

Job responsiblities:
- Maintains good housekeeping in the entire kitchen, walk-in freezers, walk-in boxes and all reach-in refrigerators.
- Maintains food quality and service in accordance with standardized company recipes and procedures.
- Keeps all production charts and temperature logs properly filled out and uses all charts as per SOP.
- Learn of culinary Brand Standards and particpates in culinary audits to ensure standards are met.
