Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Director of Finance to join our team and support the Director of Finance in managing the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000/year (DOE), plus up to 10% annual potential bonus

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Finance in overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the organization
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts to help guide decision-making
- Manage the budgeting process and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to staff members on financial matters
- Assist in conducting financial audits and reviews as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- CPA or other relevant certification is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
