Park Station Cuisine is hiring experienced line cooks to grow and expand with us in a fast-paced full liquor bar and restaurant! We have open positions for 20-40 hrs/week over 4-6 days. We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner! Employees must have open availability, but we are mainly hiring for shifts on evenings and weekends. Our hard-working line cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking all orders, as well as organizing and arranging cooked and prepped foods. They must also know how to perform all station duties including fry, grill (flat top,) prep, and dish. (Training will be provided at each station as you progress.)

Requirements:

* At least six months to one year of kitchen/line cook experience.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced workplace.
* Ability to work well as a team and follow direction.
* Attention to cleanliness and hygienic practices is vital.
* Must have own reliable transportation.
* Must be over the age of 18.
* Must have weekend availability. No exceptions.
* Hired candidates must obtain SafeStaff Food Handler Certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities include:

- Prepare food items to appropriate temperatures and specifications
- Clean and maintain station by exercising good safety and sanitation
- Operate kitchen equipment, such as a fryer or grill
- Assist with bussing tables and dishes as needed
- Cook and plate dishes to standard
- Perform regular deep cleaning tasks

Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs.
