Catering Director

At Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek, we are striving to find a high caliber professional to fill the role as Catering Director. A professional who has experience in sales, one who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and incredibly organized. The Catering Director will be working directly for the Owner/Operator, alongside of the Front of House and Back of House Directors.



Hours: 40 Hours per Week



Job Duties:
Generating outside sales with businesses, factories, education systems, and hospitals in the Jonesboro community
Creating ways to track the catering business
Building relationships in the Jonesboro community to maintain catering sales for years to come
Responsible for flawless execution of all catering orders including guest relationship, scheduling, coordination with kitchen staff, as well as assembly with front of house staff, delivery, and post order follow-up
Other duties as assigned related to catering


Qualifications:
High school diploma 
Bachelor’s degree 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
Must be comfortable meeting and tracking goals 
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and Saturdays
Must have an up to date driver’s license
