Technical Support Specialist – Naperville, IL
Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist for a 6 month contract role with one of our top clients located in Naperville, IL.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for retail sites and vendors regarding management of non-POS/BOS equipment failures and property damage, and dispatch vendors to facilitate repairs and service requests within the SLA requirements.
Identify and resolve vendor scheduling issues.
Monitor ticket dispatches needing vendor follow-up for SLA compliance.
Troubleshooting for major equipment failure at sites
Provide 24/7 support for managing spills, unauthorized release responses, Environmental Compliance Specialist support for all environmental related dispatches and property-related Notices of Violation.
Accurately create tickets, promptly and efficiently obtain critical information and notify the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a high level of proficiency with electronic systems and processes used to facilitate and document communications and service requests.These systems include telephone systems, eMaintenance, Microsoft Office and basic Windows functionality.
Maintain a good working knowledge of knowledge management documents critical to retail operations including dispatch instructions and P1/911 emergency service documents.
Maintain a high level of communications within the team to ensure that information critical to ongoing events is communicated between representatives.
Complete any special assignments such as data support, report creations, or other activities as directed.
