About This Role

The Ace Foundation Specialist will lead the corporate fundraising strategy including all events and donation opportunities for Oak Brook, Care Center, and Field employees. In addition, they will assist the Ace Foundation Manager in the Ace Outfitters Brand Store and lead the charitable apparel program at Ace. As a member of the Ace Foundation team, they will provide support at conventions and at fundraising events throughout the year hosted by retailers and corporate teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Foundation apparel program
  • Co-lead the Ace Outfitters Brand Store
  • Lead and coordinate all corporate fundraising programs
  • Provide event support for Foundation events
  • Maintain websites and auction sites for conventions and events
  • Organize corporate fundraising functions

Who You Are

We are looking for a motivated individual to lead fundraising initiatives and programs.  This person should be organized, detail oriented, and a self-starter.  The candidate should have the ability to handle several projects at once while meeting deadlines and goals.  This role offers the opportunity to be passionate about making a difference through philanthropy.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience with fundraising programs and donor cultivation
  • Basic knowledge of website creation/maintenance
  • Ability to independently initiate projects and activities
  • Excellent time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Solid organizational skills and very detail orientated
  • Ability to travel 20-25%

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
  • Experience in Blackbaud, Raisers Edge

$63100 - $79000
