POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
• To assist the Banquet and Event coordinator in all aspects of the club’s dining and social events as directed by Banquet and Event Coordinator.
• Oversees all operational and front of the house aspects of preparing and holding the event.
• Holds position as Dining Room Captain on floor for lunch, dinner service, and buffets when banquets are not scheduled.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the fluid operation and training of all F.O.T.H. (Front of the house) areas and its important coordination with the B.O.T.H. (Back of the house) Work and assist as an operational partner with all managers and staff to develop information sharing, good communication, superior internal and external customer service relationships and high performance teamwork to achieve club's goals & objectives.
* Must have ability to overlap job duties and responsibilities with Captain positions to create a strong cross trained management team working environment.
* Position requires the individual to maintain flexible availability, will work weekends, double shifts and holidays.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:
* Must hold at least a high school diploma.
* Prior restaurant/club/catering experience a must.
* Wine knowledge
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Must be able spend long period of time on their feet, walking, standing, stooping and lifting/ carrying/ moving food trays, tables, chairs and furniture up to 50 pounds.
