POSITION PURPOSE
The Production Support Analyst provides support to maintain HR systems. Maintenance support includes Kronos system configuration, security changes and minor issue resolution. Issues must be tracked in the Case Management system with clear documentation regarding the research and resolution of the issue. They must be willing to invest the time to have in-depth knowledge about the business applications they support and be comfortable discussing change impacts and issues.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensures security and maintenance requests are processed in a timely manner
- Maintains a good working knowledge of the applications(s) supported including: purpose, capabilities, limitations and use within the business
- Develops functional requirements to meet business objectives
- Develops user acceptance tests to ensure successful validation of system functionality
- Partners with IT to ensure understanding and translation into technical requirements
- Ensures reported incidents are tracked and documented (including scope, resource requirements, and impact)
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to Manger, Service Design
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years
Physical Requirements:
Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).

- Kronos time-keeping system experience (troubleshooting, maintenance & administration)
- 2 years HR experience preferred
- HR consulting experience preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organized
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects
- Good computer skills and experience with process mapping software programs
