About this job
To provide prompt and precision room setups for food and beverage outlets while maximizing guest satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Set room to precise standards in Convention & Conference Service Standards Manual.
- Perform associated duties such as removal and replacement of linen, audio visual equipment, etc.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times in accordance with hotel Standards of Grooming and Standards of Conduct.
- Perform any duty requested of you by your supervisor. Be willing to assist in any other department/task that may ask for his/her assistance.
- Must always make guest satisfaction a priority within the guidelines of the Hotel Guest Satisfaction System.
