About this job
Chillicothe auto glass distribution center needs Pickers/Packers for 1st and 3rd shift to locate product, lift/pack windshields by hand (50-70lb) and load onto MPE. Mandatory overtime is possible. This is a long-term assignment that could lead to permanent hire at 90 days, based on attendance and productivity.
Job Duties:

Safely maneuver MPE through fast paced, high energy distribution center
-
Lift 50-70lb repeatedly throughout the work day
-
Meet productivity goals with minimal supervision
Wage & Benefits:

1st shift pays $10.25/hr
-
3rd shift pays $10.55/hr
-
High-Reach forklift pays $.75/hr additional
-
OT is possible, and mandatory
-
90 day Temp-to-Perm consideration (wage increases to $13.50 at Perm Hire)

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

High School Diploma or Equivalent
