Financial Analyst

Responsible for performing financial analysis for one of SHC's finance or accounting teams, such as Treasury, FP&A, Merchandise,
Marketing, Financial Services, etc. The Financial Analyst role will work closely with the manager to support the needs of Corporate FP&A.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for creating and managing specific projects relative to claim process and recovery. This position analyzes reports looking for trends and issues and AD-Hoc Reporting. This position ensures the development and implementation of all financial policies, procedures and controls.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Data Validation and Maintenance
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Close, Forecast, Estimate input, validation and reporting
• Processes standard reporting and data validation to include updates and modifications
• Build and provides ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Coordinates and communicates with Business Units
• Provides leadership, coaching and training to Business Units as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting with related IT background
• 1-2 Years
• Excellent Computer skills (Advanced Excel, Hyperion Essbase, Management of Big Data)
• Strong knowledge of financial calculations and accounting principles
• Ability to read, interpret and communicate detailed data
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Desire to work hard and learn on the job
