Financial Analyst Duration- 3+ months Location- Chicago, IL Hybrid schedule Job Order #:235026 Role Overview: • Support updating the annual plan including coordinating with the business representatives to understand assumptions and drivers, and support validation against current performance • Support monthly performance analysis and preparation of the regular performance review meetings • Analytics around historical financial performance and identifying trends • Document existing processes for FS&M PPM, update as necessary with proposed org/process changes • Work with existing team to create a proposal to replace/update a legacy database • Set up cost reduction tracker and action item register, follow up with accountable people • Set up business commitment tracker, follow up with accountable people and drive to resolution Requirements: • 7+ years’ experience as a financial analyst • Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, moderate to advanced formulas, macros) • Access database working knowledge helpful, Power BI experience helpful • Strong understanding of financial statements and terminology
