PURPOSE

To keep all Replenished SKUs for their area of responsibility in stock in all locations while maximizing inventory productivity as measured by Turnover. This multi-functional position will require extensive partnership with the company's Merchandising, Supply Chain and Store teams.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Action-oriented and accountable for responsibilities
• Ability to adapt well in a dynamic retail corporate environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel
• E3 forecasting and replenishment solution knowledge is a plus
• Possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass pre-employment background check

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Keep Replenished SKUs in stock for their area of responsibility.
• Focus on maintaining high in stocks for Top 50 SKUs and Level 1 SKUs in their area of
responsibility
• Maintain the E3 forecasting and replenishment system for their area of responsibility.
This includes - but is not limited to - initial set up of new items and programs.
• Partner with stores on forecast and replenishment settings as well as manual order needs.
This is most frequently achieved through SLIM system store requests.
• Maintain sales forecasts for Stores and DCs, improving accuracy over time.
• Generate necessary allocations and purchase orders from domestic and import vendors tokeep both the distribution centers and stores in stock.
• Identify opportunities to balance inventory between locations (stores or DCs) to improve instocks while reducing the total inventory investment.

WORKING CONDITIONS (TRAVEL, HOURS, ENVIRONMENT)

• This position is hourly, knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a dayor forty hours in a week
• Limited travel may be required.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to awarehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment istypically moderate.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS

Sedentary Work - Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
