Asst. Project Coord.

Assist Project Administrator with executing projects as related to new store construction, existing store operations, or other BPS property project endeavors. Work is focused on interior infill elements such as retail fixturing, signage, flooring, furnishings, taxidermy and imagery infill, as well as exterior signage. Assisting with light design work, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, shipping, invoicing, and supervision of installation of all elements are all part of general job description. Proficiency with a high level of multi-tasking and working in an extremely fast paced environment that is highly deadline driven is a requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and Photoshop or Illustrator.

2. Must have a very strong ability to multi-task and self-prioritize and ability to work in a very fast paced department.

3. Ability to handle confidential information.

4. Must have exceptionally strong communication skills.

5. Basic knowledge of construction methods, general accounting and some retail knowledge or experience would be highly desired.

6. Ability to travel, sometimes extensively, is required.

7. Knowledge of outdoor sports and recreation, basic design experience and artistic ability helpful but not required.
