Currently seeking experienced, friendly, and presentable grill, sauté and assembly cooks for our 2 Hampton Bays location as well as our Patchogue location.


Responsibilities include but not limited to (depending on position):
•Preparing high quality food items to order for our guests
•Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
•Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
•Cooks items according to the specified cook times to ensure that they are safe for customer consumption
•Uses the correct portions when cutting and serving items
•Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
•Meeting special guest requests while ensuring same high quality standards
•Assist in prep, following recipe guidelines


Compensation depends on experience and skill level.

Required Qualifications:

*Minimum 1 year experience in the food service industry
*Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
*Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
