West Unity company looking for Production Leads on all three shifts. Previous production lead and forklift experience needed.

Production Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.41 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Performs all mold changes and supports color changes, if needed, within cell including: robot set-up, line set-up, start-up of machines (WI09-165, WI09-166
• Performs checks on presses and tooling at the beginning of the shift
• Troubleshooting and processing of machinery
• Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies; responsible for cleanliness of shop floor and work area

Production Lead Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift experience
• Steel toed boot or shoes
• Production lead experience

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
