Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist policyholders with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and find effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Generating insurance quotes.

Requirements
  • Life & Health Insurance License is a bonus, but not required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Works well in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to overall team success.
  • Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, basic software applications, and learning new technology platforms.
