Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist policyholders with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing.
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and find effective solutions to meet their needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Generating insurance quotes.
Requirements
- Life & Health Insurance License is a bonus, but not required.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation with a high level of attention to detail.
- Team Player: Works well in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to overall team success.
- Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, basic software applications, and learning new technology platforms.
