 Western Engineering is seeking an on-site IT Support Manager to play an integral role within the company and the IT department itself. In this position, you will be responsible for company technology in an office and field environment. You’ll need to communicate with employees within the organization as an IT professional, this includes explaining technical concepts in a way that others can understand. You will experience time-sensitive tasks with hard deadlines. It is crucial to communicate, prioritize your time and complete projects correctly.

 The overall scope of responsibilities, but not limited to, include:

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of system.
• Monitor, maintain computer network - wired and wireless.
• Implement security measures.
• Monitor company compliance of requirements.
• Offer training, technical support to company employees in the office and field.
• Troubleshoot computer, printers, scanners and application problems.
• Install and maintain company technology software and hardware as needed.
• Audit system behavior and monitor firewalls to protect sensitive information and uphold cybersecurity protocols.
• Configure Phone Systems.
• Maintain company email system.
• Maintain Office 365 Apps.
• Preform and Maintain computer backups.
• Work with Cloud based storage.
• New employee technology setup.
• Maintain company developed applications.
• Create and maintain weekly task reports to the IT Director.
