Human Resource Manager - Temporary Position

As the Human Resources Manager, you'll provide management of the Community HR department, including the interpretation and administration of human resource policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with state and federal employment law as well as ABHM mission and core values. Act as a liaison between the employees, Community management, and Home Office, in providing administration, counsel, and training for the best possible outcomes in support of the strategic intent of the organization.

• Associate's Degree in relevant field OR relevant work experience
• Prior human resources experience desired; health care or related experience strongly preferred.
• Payroll processing with UKG or similar HRIS system preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Suite, required.
