Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC contractor in the Greater Spokane area for more than 85 years, is immediately hiring an HVAC Service Dispatcher.
Position: Service Dispatcher
Location: Spokane, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20 - $23/hr (DOE)

HVAC Service Dispatcher Position Summary:
The Service Dispatcher will maintain the Service Technicians' daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed; schedule return trips with customers when parts are in; maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Also keeps customer database with current information up to date. Provides clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Updates accounting with maintenance contract billing information. Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.
