CNC Mill Machinist

POSITION SUMMARY

The CNC Machinist is responsible for manufacturing and fabricating new parts, retrofitting and repairing parts per prints or samples, in order to create a product according to customer specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Read prints
• Manufacture/fabricate new parts and retrofit/repair parts
• Perform shop duties while adhering to safety protocol
• Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Class A or B with 5+ years' experience as CNC Machinist, with job shop experience
• Must have basic tools and toolbox, to include: 0-6 micrometers, 12" calipers, thread gages, telescope gages, hammer, and necessary hand tools
• Basic knowledge of safe driving and movement of bulk materials using a forklift is a plus
