About this job
Performs minor repairs to buildings, equipment and fixtures. Takes care of minor plumbing repairs, cleans and services electrical fixtures and replaces bulbs. Doestouch-up painting and minor repair work/service on air conditioning/heating units and evap coolers as required. Takes care of general maintenance items as required and assists the facility engineer with a variety of other duties as they occur.* Must show diligence in the performance of the assignedduties. Must keep supervisor informed of job status (i.e. if unable to complete job time wise or scope wise, etc.)* Operates a variety of equipment such as sweeper, floor machines, fork lift, scissor lift, etc.
