Customer Service/Inside Sales Support- 77380 Direct Hire Pay: $38K - $45K annually Summary: Our client is a rapidly growing lighting manufacturing company. Your personable demeanor and professional image will give you the ability to excel in our team environment. Responsibilities Support existing sales territories and develop new ones. Build relationships with both new and existing customers via phone and email. Proactively develop new business opportunities. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate with customers via phone calls and emails to ensure that orders were entered correctly, fulfilled, delivered, and paid for. Resolve customer and applicant inquiries and issues in a timely manner Analyzing sales data Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of Inside Sales or CSR experience. A college degree is preferred. Sales experience is a plus, but not required Excellent written and oral communication skills Quick learner who is result-oriented and curious Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a team atmosphere Good listener with exceptional analytical and reasoning skills
