Production Manager

Job Purpose: KRATOM/CBD MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOROVERSIGHT OF ENTIRE PRODUCTION PROCESS. Duties: * Supervise and lead an entire production staff partnering with creative team members. Ability to meet all production goals and schedules. * Accomplishes production results by defining project purpose and scope; knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) is required; knowledge of FDA requirements in an ever changing environment for botanical products is essential for establishing standards and protocols; scheduling and allocating resources; * Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging industry practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. * Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or Industrial Engineering. A Master's is a plus.
