Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing classified and unclassified architecture, design, engineering, and service IT support for network and infrastructure solutions; 2) Technical expertise in all IT functional areas (including but not limited to: project management, design, networks, cyber security) and ability to integrate this expertise with practical knowledge of the mission, objectives, and operations; 3) Applying knowledge of systems development tools, hardware architecture and application software products; 4) Informed of the current state of network infrastructure technologies, ensuring the network remains operational and secure; and 5) Collaborating with all levels of personnel, planning/assigning work, resolving complaints/complex issues, and providing day-to-day tasking and technical direction for a team.
