Job Description
We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Hilmar, California. This role is centered around HR recruitment and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The key responsibilities involve implementing diverse sourcing strategies, working closely with hiring managers, screening candidates, and maintaining accurate candidate data.

Responsibilities:

• Implement diverse sourcing strategies effectively, including referral generation, postings, and direct sourcing.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR in the selection and hiring process.
• Screen candidates to determine skill set and level of interest.
• Foster a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data, utilizing applicant tracking systems and other tools.
• Assist in current and upcoming recruiting projects.
• Utilize full cycle recruiting to ensure best practices and consistency throughout the recruitment process.
• Carry out job postings and resume screening.
• Maintain records and manage email correspondence with candidates.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR Recruiter role within the Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Full Cycle Recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates

• Experience creating and managing Job Postings across various platforms

• Aptitude for Applicant Screening and Resume Screening to identify potential candidates

• Excellent Email Correspondence skills for effective communication with candidates and internal teams

• Ability to Maintain Records of all recruitment activities for reporting and tracking purposes

• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment to ensure fair and unbiased hiring processes

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders

• Problem-solving abilities to address challenges during the recruitment process

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet the organization's hiring goals.
