What You'll Do:
- Provide the highest level of customer care to all our employees and visitors. Show initiative and interest to quickly put people at ease and build rapport. Go beyond the basic level of reception and deliver exceptional service. Assist people to visit our company find their host and enjoy a successful visit.
- Provide the company with an efficient hiring coordination service.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to schedule interviews, provide resumes, assist with travel and accommodation booking.
- Send out personalized schedules, and directions to the office.
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partner and team members to ensure a best-in-class interview experience for candidates.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor and employee badges)
- Counts and tracks badges each day reports any inconsistencies to Facilities Director
- Receive front office deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail daily.
What You Have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a receptionist in a high technology company, preferably a start-up company or in a similar job with a high standard of customer care.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in roles where developing business relationships was key to personal success.
- Minimum one year of experience working within an HR department with a heavy hiring workload. Must be passionate about finding talent and building the organization.
