Facilitator/Trainer-Revenue Cycle

Our Revenue Cycle trainer will plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities. This role will consult with training managers, operations leadership, and clients to develop performance improvement measures, conduct new hire training as needed, develop training materials, conduct training sessions for tenured employees, and coach/mentor operations associates.

You will help employees maintain and improve their job skills and prepare for jobs requiring greater skill. You will also serve as a stakeholder during the implementation of clients, products and solutions to ensure employees are set up for success during transitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Epic Training Implementation
    • Leverages digital technology developments in delivering training programs.
    • Implement innovative digital tools and platforms to facilitate engaging and effective training programs.
    • Create training programs and prepare any learning materials needed.
  • Training Needs Assessment
    • Analyze internal employee data to identify skills gaps and training needs.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand organizational goals and align training programs accordingly.
  • Barrier Elimination
    • Identify and eliminate barriers to training effectiveness throughout the training value chain.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless training experience for all employees.
  • Performance Evaluation
    • Evaluate employee performance to identify areas where skills improvement is needed.
    • Develop strategies to address performance gaps and enhance overall employee capabilities.
  • Coordination and Project Management
    • Coordinate and manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling and resource allocation.
    • Effectively manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor training program outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance training methodologies and content.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration
    • Collaborate with department managers and other stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organizational objectives.
    • Foster positive working relationships with various teams to facilitate a cohesive training approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Education)
  • Proven experience in training with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with the development of training materials including presentations, user manuals, and assessments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Experience with EPIC required.
  • Classroom management skills

  • Visionary mindset with the ability to identify and implement innovative training solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training platforms (ex: Articulate 360 applications) is a plus
