Are you passionate about parts and mechanics? Staffmark has partnered with a leading trailer dealership in Springdale, AR, and is seeking a skilled Part Sales Associate to join their dynamic team. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Salary: $17.00 per hour
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating with technicians and customers to fulfill their parts requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure equipment parts or supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Document requisitions meticulously
- Oversee and validate parts deliveries
- Conduct thorough inspections to uphold quality standards
- Process customer requests for part orders promptly
- Identify and replace defective parts
- Provide precise guidance on required parts to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers, both over the phone and in person
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Self-motivated with a strong team spirit
- Prior retail experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in parts and mechanics is essential
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
