Our client, Aerospace Company, is seeking an Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the clerical team supporting the office team. The ideal candidate will have experience working customer service, computer savvy and technical resolutions which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Chatsworth, California
Pay Rate (or Pay Range, if required): $21.00
What’s the Job?
Provide Service support to Customers, Distributors and Channel Partners
Resolve routine customer complaints and issues.
Serve as communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
Work Excel reports (Align & Customer) including Open Order Report.
Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems and coordinate with internal team to resolve delivery issues.
What’s Needed?
Proven work experience as a customer service rep or similar role
Experience in clerical or related field is preferred.
Basic general clerical skills
Great attitude and ability to work in a team.
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
