Customer Account Representative - Part-time

Description:

The Customer Account Representative will be the point of contact for his/her assigned outside Sales Representatives and corresponding customer portfolio.

Maintain current customer relationships and support the sales representatives

Communicates order status to customers, including backorder information, blanket order status, and future order confirmations

Ensures new purchase orders and blanket orders from customers align with CPA policy, and take action to resolve discrepancies between the customer request and CPA policy

The objective of the position is to assist in the sales process, making transactions easier for both the sales team and customers, while operating within guidelines and procedures.

Provides proper documentation and certifications related to the transactions
