  • The Client UX team is a quickly growing and rapidly evolving team being positioned as a thought leader in the company.
  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and revolutionize the way people interact with real estate technology.
  • As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating delightful, intuitive, and user-centric experiences across our web and mobile platforms.
  • Your exceptional design skills and strategic thinking will guide the development of our products, ensuring they remain competitive and user-friendly in the ever-evolving real estate market.

Responsibilities
  • User Research and Analysis: Work with UX research to conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences. Analyze user behavior, interactions, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Translate user insights into actionable design strategies and product enhancements.
  • Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop clear and effective information architectures and user flows. Create detailed wireframes and prototypes that showcase the proposed design solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Interaction Design and UI Development: Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with the brand and enhance user experience. Develop interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Usability Testing and Iteration: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions. Analyze test results and feedback to refine and optimize the user experience. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and changing requirements.
  • Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Establish design guidelines and best practices to promote a unified user experience.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and priorities. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • Proven track record (5+ years) of designing user experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects and design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience working with user research and usability testing.
  • Experience in streamlining complicated enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of current UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Bonus points: Experience designing Content Management and Learning systems
