Vendor Communications Coordinator

Position Overview: 

• This position involves working with a cross-functional team (Corporate Communications, Legal, IT, Procurement, etc.) to develop, distribute and follow-up on vendor communications related to the spin-off of the new Client Health Care company, Solventum.

Position Duties:

• Researching and responding to vendor questions related to the new company, Solventum
• Coordinate vendor communication content development and distribution (Legal Entity name changes, new ERP deployment, etc.)
• Templated response, typically
• Coordinating with Corporate Communications to develop, and internal legal for approval, prior to distribution.
• Coordinate a response to questions from vendors, following a communication campaign

Skills:    

• 3-5+ years experience with global communication campaigns
• Strong communication skills
• Independent worker
• Advanced analytical / data analysis skills
• Microsoft Office suite experience, i.e., Word, Excel

Education:    

• Associate’s Degree
