Job Title: Domestic & International Sales Manager (High Voltage Power Supplies)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic & International Sales Manager, preferably with a background in high voltage power supplies, to lead our global sales efforts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive both domestic and international sales growth, with a focus on expanding our presence in key markets. This role requires strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of sales practices, and a deep understanding of high voltage power supply products. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Elko, Nevada, where our headquarters is located.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives in various regions around the world.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand market share globally.
  • Identify and evaluate potential domestic and international sales opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and new market segments.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in target markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on international market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to sales team members to help them achieve their goals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and services.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading sales teams to success.

  • Background or knowledge in high voltage power supplies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners worldwide.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Elko, Nevada, where our headquarters is located.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • BA/BS University degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in sales management, preferably in the high voltage power supply industry.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
