Job Duties:

Company located in Sylvania, Ohio is searching for full time candidate who possess these qualifications:

• Very proficient computer skills and web-based software skills
• Work very closely with clients to make sure that all necessary actions are being handled.
• Experience with Customer Service and some Technical Support
• Building and maintaining customer relationships!
• Professional phone skills
• Exceptional time management
