Registered Behavior Technician

Due to our extreme growth within our pediatric care, we are seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to join our Kid SPOT Family. Our Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) create a positive impact in the lives of children who are on the spectrum. We are also located in various areas of Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and more, allowing an easy transition if moving is in your future.

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a fulfilling role in Hillsborough County? Look no further! We are currently hiring RBTs to join our team in the picturesque city of Tampa.

Position Details:

• Location: Hillsborough County, Florida (specifically Tampa)
• Work Setting: Home-based case
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday after 3:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday, anytime after 11 am.
• Certification Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid RBT certification.
• Sign-On Bonus: We offer a sign-on bonus of $500.00 to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home setting.
• Collect and record data on student progress during sessions.
• Collaborate with parents to ensure consistent implementation of behavior programs.

Qualifications:

• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
