Experienced Machine Operator | Hands-On Machine Operator

Join our Kansas City, KS team at PPC Flexible Packaging! Seeking skilled Hands-On Machine Operators with expertise in machine setups, troubleshooting/adjustments, reading tape measures, and quality control. Shifts:

  • Day Shift: 5:45am - 6:00pm
  • Night shift: 5:45pm - 6:00am
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Responsibilities: Operate our machines in either the Converting, Slitting, or Laminating department. Read job orders, machine setups and changeovers, troubleshooting when needed, use measuring tools, and QA checks.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with process adherence
  • Prior Machine Operator experience
  • Setup and troubleshooting skills
  • Read job tickets, follow verbal instructions
  • Proficient in calculations, tape measures, and micrometers
