What Are We Looking For?
Highly motivated, dedicated, self-starter, who has a passion for construction or is willing to learn on the job.
Warehouse & Shipping Associate: Full-time; 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Starting Pay: $20.00 (Progression pay based on performance)
Job Summary:
The Warehouse & Shipping Associate will play a vital role in our inventory management and maintaining material flow for the production lines.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Provide Production with building material by unloading, picking and storing inventory.
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and order records.
- Unload material from trucks, dry vans, flat bed(s), rail cars, etc.

What You Bring:
- Must be 18 years old
- Prior warehouse/or construction knowledge is a plus
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to understand building material usages and construction practices
- Ability to utilize hand tools: tape measure, nail and staple guns, table or chop saw.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis and climb up and down a ladder
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
