Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients. You will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient/family goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to children with communication and swallowing disorders, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities.
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication and swallowing goals in daily activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of speech-language pathology through continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for certification.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with the pediatric population.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and feeding disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Commitment to ethical and professional conduct, adhering to ASHA's Code of Ethics and state regulations.
