Job Description
Burl's Collision Center in Henderson, TX is looking for one receptionist to join our 43 person strong team. We are located on 1207 N Frisco St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - bilingual is a must
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule customers as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Keep maintenance records on company owned vehicles
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
