We have 21 branches serving Beachwood, Chardon, Cortland, Dublin, Garrettsville, Mantua, Middlefield, Newbury, Plain City, Powell, Orwell, Solon, Sunbury, Twinsburg, Westerville, Bellefontaine, Marysville, Ada, and Kenton. The Bank also operates a Loan Production Office in Mentor, Ohio.

We are currently seeking a Controller in Middlefield, OH. In this position, you will:

  • Lead Monthly Management and Board Reporting.
  • Completely quarterly call reports and semi-annual FR Y9 Preoeration.
  • Monitor Cash balances and borrowings to ensure optimal levels for managing the liquidity needs of the organization.
  • Ensure accuracy of our bank's portfolio, including monitoring purchase and sale information.
  • Maintain the general ledger.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable.
  • Streamline accounting operations and accounts payable functions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership for team of staff accountants.

To be considered you will need:

  • CPA Designation required.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree in Accounting or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ of relevant work experience in banking, accounting or finance operations.
