DIRECTOR OF PACKAGING & LABELING

Located in Hildale, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Director of Packaging & Labeling.

You will oversee the packaging line by inspecting the line, looking for issues, problems, slows, or stops, and troubleshooting to keep production running.

What you will do:

• Oversee the execution of manufacturing operations while following batch records and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Monitor and control the quality of manufactured products by adhering to cGMP guidelines

• Drive compliance, train your team, and lead in the areas of safety protocols and 21 CFR Part 111 regulations

• Prevent stops and resolve stops as soon as possible

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and machinery

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of manufacturing activities, batch records, and logbooks in accordance with regulations

• Oversee the execution of handling, storing, and labeling of materials and finished products as required by cGMP

What we prefer you to bring:

• Knowledge of packaging lines

• Knowledge of quality checks to meet company standards

• Quick to act

• Able to understand, write, and update all SOPs and policies for the area

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented

• Strong listening and communication skills

• Ability to create KPIs and stats for managers and team members and lead corrective change when goals are not met

• Proficient in Google Workspace applications

• Can promptly handle tasks and delegate duties

What you must bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lead a team and drive goals using statistics

• Good team-building skills

• Ability to learn and troubleshoot problems

• Able to manage a large team

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand or kneel for extended periods of time

• Must not be significantly allergic to any ingredients used

Pay: $55,000 to $65,000 annually + Bonuses (pay is based on experience)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and as needed
