JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Seasonal Associate

REPORTS TO: Parts Manager

WORKS CLOSELY WITH: Parts Department, Service Department, and Sales Department

JOB SUMMARY: The Seasonal Associate will be responsible for supporting business operations during peak seasons. This will be completed by spending a 1/3 of their time in each location department learning the daily expectations of each area. Each department will be responsible for making sure that the Seasonal Associate gets an accurate perception of the normal activity within that department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (listed in order of importance):

  • Helping stores maintain cleanliness and inventory standards
  • Working professionally with colleagues
  • Committing to work a regular schedule for the entirety of the season
  • Following store procedures and policies

SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

-Attention to detail

-Ability to work in a group setting

-Ability to speak to a group

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Able to stand for long periods

-Able to lift 50 lbs.
