Cleaning Technicians/Flexible Daytime Hours - TS WITH FULL-SCOPE POLYGRAPH HOLDERS

Mister Kleen Maintenance Company is a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities throughout the DC Metro. We are looking for candidates who can work daytime hours, preferably on a full-time basis.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Top-Secret Clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph. (REQUIRED)
• Superior customer service skills.
• Willing to go above and beyond to support the team and exceeding our customer's expectations.

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Disinfect and sanitize assigned areas.
• Dusting, scrubbing, and polishing.
• Cleaning bathroom, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
• Restocking supplies and inventory.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.
• Vacuuming, Mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and elevators.

Physical demands include:

• Walking and standing
• Climbing
• Bending forward
• Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
• Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling
• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder.
