As a Project Administrator with Statco-DSI, you are a critical support to the field teams who are executing capital projects. You will help ensure the project remains on schedule, including ensuring supplies are delivered on-time and in full. You will work together with Statco-DSI team members, as well as contractors, vendors and customers to ensure each project exceeds our customer’s expectations.

  • Function as a point of contact for clients, including customers, Statco-DSI team members and vendors
  • Develop & maintain positive and productive client relationships
  • Co-operate with Sales & Engineering team members to ensure effective inventory management at each job site
  • Collaborate with Project Managers for seamless execution of on-site projects and inventory delivery
  • Maintain accurate budgets by tracking expenditures for current and predicted inventory costs, as well as ensuring accurate invoicing to customers
  • Track and provide updates to project timelines
  • Utilize pricing tools/guidelines or communicate with vendors to ensure P.O.’s are issued for material shipment & on-time delivery
  • Maintain updated knowledge of applicable regulations and requirements for compliance

Base Salary Range: $40,950 - $70,200

  • High School Graduate (or equivalent); College Degree preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally & externally, through clear communication
  • Prior experience with inventory management, creating & researching invoices
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Prior ERP Software Experience, AX Software preferred
