Our Client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Lead Teachers. Our client currently has openings for Kindergarten Teacher, Preschool Teacher, and Lead Teacher positions.

Position Details:

- Pay Rate: $14 - $18 per hour, commensurate with education and experience

Required Qualifications:

- Must have a CDA (Child Development Associate) or higher
- Early Childhood Education students are welcome to apply
- 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education required
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

- Create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment that reflects Christian values
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Collaborate with other team members and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
