My Pet's Vet is looking for a Customer Service Representative with growth opportunities at our San Antonio, Texas Animal Hospital. At My Pet’s Vet, our main goal is to create a happy and positive work culture. Your basic duties as a CSR at My Pet’s Vet are as follows
- Greeting Clients
- Answering Phones
- Differentiating Between Routine and Emergency Cases
- Scheduling Vet Appointments
- Admitting and Checking Out Patients
- Processing Payments
- Communicating Information Between the Clients and Our Staff
- Understanding services and booking schedule for our Doggy Daycare and Boarding facility.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Motivated and passionate about helping animals is a must
- Education: High School or Equivalent
- Experience using multiple-line telephone systems.
