CRNA position

We are currently seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an esteemed private practice anesthesia group in the Youngstown, Ohio area. As a CRNA with the team, you will play a pivotal role in providing anesthesia services across a diverse range of cases, including thoracic, vascular, OB, pediatrics, trauma, neuro, and outpatient procedures such as ENT, orthopedics, and GI cases. Schedule and Compensation:
* Flexible shifts are available, including 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, and 24-hour options.
* Create your schedule to accommodate personal and professional needs.
* Competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $275,000, based on hours worked. 1099 options available.
* Full benefits package, including malpractice insurance coverage, health insurance (medical/dental/vision), life insurance, licenses & dues reimbursement, and retirement contributions.
* Generous vacation time off (six to eight weeks per year), CME allowance, and opportunities for overtime earning potential reaching easily into the $300,000's.
* $50,000 sign-on bonus paid upon signing.

Responsibilities:
* Administer anesthesia services across a wide spectrum of cases, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
* Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, adjusting anesthesia levels as necessary to maintain stability.
* Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for anesthesia administration and patient care.
* Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
