FOUNDATION AUTOMOTIVE is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Jones CDJR. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and measuring the activities of the sales department. You will also need to manage the sales activities of the dealership and gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all salespeople
  • Desking deals, submitting to lenders, and doing appraisals
  • Managing new and used car inventory
  • Conduct and manage sales meetings
  • Meets annual and monthly objectives for sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit
  • Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential
  • Mitigate loss on aged Used and New units
  • Assists in the development of sales campaigns and advertising to accommodate the goals of the dealership
  • Ensures that salespeople are following established sales and prospecting program to obtain optimum results
  • Develop and convey a high level of automotive product knowledge
  • Safeguard dealership assets and customer data
  • Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions
  • Effectively safely perform duties and responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Previous dealership sales management experience required
  • Subprime credit experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • DealerTrack and vAuto experience preferred
  • Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening
  • Authorization to work in the USA
