Compensation:Up to $70,000+ per year potential based on skills
Responsibilities:• Consult with clients to identify their property requirements and preferences, and locate suitable properties accordingly
• Manage incoming leads via phone, email, text, and CRM
• Conduct open houses on a regular basis
• Consistently network and market to seek out potential clients
• Foster a successful, long-term real estate career by working collaboratively with other team-oriented agents and learning from them.
Qualifications:• Current Real Estate License or willing to obtain (We can help you get your license!)
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
• Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
